(A) Types
There are three types of membership in the Association, namely:
- Life Member
- Associate Member
- Affiliate Member
(B) Qualification
- Member
Must hold a real estate license in good standing under the Real Estate Services Act of British Columbia. He or she shall be of the Chinese origin and approved by the Board.
- Associate Member
For Realtors of other Origin. He or she must hold a real estate license in good standing under the Real Estate Services Act of British Columbia.
- Affiliate Member
A real estate related professional recommended by a regular member and approved by the Board.
(C) Fees
- Life Member: $100 for new members(or $70 for realtors previously joined before)
- Associate Member: $100 lifetime membership
- Affiliate Member: $50 for 2 years
